Andrew Ralph
Reverse Mortgage Broker and Founder
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Certificate IV in Credit Management, Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand. Andrew has also completed the Seniors Equity Release accreditation and is a member of the MFAA.
Andrew has more than 20 years experience in corporate and consumer finance. He began his career as an accountant and auditor with Ernst & Young before accepting senior banking roles at Rothschild & Sons, Lloyds Banking Group and then ANZ Banking Group.
Andrew is also the founder of Land Lease Home Loans and a Responsible Manager of Australian Credit Licence 546781.

Fiona Lynn
Reverse Mortgage Broker
Fiona has over 20 years experience in sales, marketing and customer service ranging from Information Technology to Banking and Consumer Finance. She is backed with a Bachelor of Business, holds a Certificate IV in Credit Management and a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking.
Fiona has also completed the Seniors Equity Release accreditation and is a member of the MFAA.
Fiona is a Responsible Manager of Australian Credit Licence 546781.

Paul Murray
Independent Non-Executive Director
Paul is an independent non-executive director of LLHL Group Pty Ltd and subsidiaries. He holds a Global EMBA (New York University, HEC Paris, London School of Economics), a Master of Commerce (Hons) (University of Melbourne) and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia.
Paul is the Chief Financial Officer of Earlypay. He was previously Chief Financial Officer if Household Capital, a specialist provider of retirement funding, through responsible, long-term access to home equity.
Paul has extensive risk management experience, which has been gained in both the investment management and banking sectors, in the United Kingdom and Australia.
